- The Education Institutes (Women’s Training Institute, Ashoka Road and Vocational Training Institute at Dwarka) of the YWCA of Delhi works as a beacon of light imparting high-quality vocational education. It aims at the empowering of women by providing them with the necessary skills and motivation to become self-reliant. It provides a platform for vocational education and training through various job-oriented courses.

| Qualification : |
Master Degree in Interior Designing/Advance Diploma in Interior Designing from a recognized institute/university
Must be passionate about teaching and capable of handling multiple Interior Designing courses
Skills:
- ⮚ Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and relevant design software.
- ⮚ Strong presentation and communication skills.
- ⮚ Ability to plan lessons, demonstrate concepts, and guide practical work.
- ⮚ Well-versed with virtual platforms for online classes, workshops, and promotions.

| Experience : |
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in Interior Designing with reputed Institutes/colleges/schools/organization.
- Teaching Experience is mandatory.

| Roles and Responsibilities |
- Course Delivery & Planning
- ⮚ Plan, organize, and deliver theory and practical classes for diploma-level Interior Designing courses.
- ⮚ Ensure completion of syllabus within stipulated timelines.
- Student Engagement & Support
- ⮚ Maintain a positive learning environment and good rapport with students.
- ⮚ Provide academic guidance, counselling, and respond promptly to student queries.
- ⮚ Collect and review student feedback periodically.
- Academic Quality & Administration
- ⮚ Maintain academic records, attendance, assessments, and reports.
- ⮚ Ensure compliance with institutional processes and systems.
- Institutional Contribution
- ⮚ Actively participate in workshops, webinars, student activities, exposure visits, and promotions.
- ⮚ Support placement linkages, internships, alumni engagement, and industry collaborations.
- ⮚ Assist other departments when required.
