Qualification and Skills |

4. Experience (2-3yrs) in the Accounts department (preferably in
NGO)

Responsibilities |
1. Handling overall Accounting, Budgeting, supporting internal
and statutory auditors
2. Maintaining Computerized Record of concerned department,
maintaining daily record through software and through tally
3. Reconcile the Petty cash, Imprest and advance on time-to-time
basis and make necessary journal entries in Tally.
4. Preparing the Cheques & vouchers of concerned department on
weekly basis.
5. Preparing the Income & Expenditure on monthly basis for
concerned Depts.
6. Assisting in preparing Annual Budget and monitoring the
Budget.
7. Maintaining Inventory list
8. Maintaining Asset Registers
9. Verification of Bills of Voucher and Service Providers
10. For preparation of UCs, base work to be done by the
respective staff and for verification to be done by higher
authority
11. Preparing salary for concerned depts.
12. Filling of vouchers & papers.
13. Preparing Balance sheet
14. Handling of audit & all Records
15. Bank reconciliation of the concerned Dept. (Central Bank of
India)

Job Description |
1. Deliver an excellent HR service to the business by helping in developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR business policies, processes, and systems to meet legislative requirements, reduce operational risk and meet HR best practice standards to provide the most effective and flexible HR solutions
2. Coordinating with the General Secretary & Committees HODs for an end-to-end recruitment process to recruit and retain the right talent to meet the needs of the business, maintaining databank, doing reference checks, setting up interview panel, after the shortlisting process, collecting documents, preparing salary in consultation with GS/AS, issuing the Appointment letters
3. Review and identify trends from cases and leavers make recommendations for improvement. If the Board or PC has decided that memo is to issued then the same has to be executed.
4. Support the management of HR cases where needed.
5. Making sense of large amounts of information and assist in the presentation of HR and business data, responsible for keeping organizational charts up-to-date, up keeping the personnel files.
6. Doing annual Appraisals, performance assessment, feedback from Committee HOD on contract renewal and sharing with the Committees.
7. Support in the review, development and upkeep of Staff Handbooks where applicable to ensure the delivery of an appropriate and consistent HR service to the business in line with local legislation and YWCA, Delhi values.
8. Drive, communicate and build commitment to YWCA, Delhi performance management policies and processes into the business through training and coaching, overseeing the business wide management of PP’s (Performance Plans) and building continuous improvement processes to support the HR strategy of global performance-based culture.
9. Responsible for the accurate management and delivery of relevant HR systems to the business and for the project lead of relevant initiatives to ensure YWCA, Delhi ‘people’ systems and data are fit for purpose.
10. Planning and executing onboarding and induction-related activities, retirement and resignation related processes.
11. Preparing salary for concerned depts.
12. Filling of vouchers & papers.
13. Preparing Balance sheet
14. Build commitment to the YWCA, Delhi wellbeing program to build resilience and support colleagues, including resources and best practice.

IT technical support officer is responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, networking and ensuring monitoring server, software and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. |
Qualification and Skills |

Responsibilities |
1. installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; server, software
3. Resolving IT issues faced by staff either physically visiting the site or through team viewer.
4. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
5. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

7. Guiding and suggesting the management on the latest technology for upgrading the technical support.
8. Taking regular back up of the systems and mails and maintaining the same.

11. Visiting computer labs twice a day during class hours to resolve complaints faced by the students.

14. Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
15. Identifying computer or network equipment problems, rectifying them and informing well in advance regarding replacement/purchase of parts when necessary.
16. Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc).
17. Developing and maintaining local networks in ways that optimize performance.
18. Organizing and scheduling upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
19. Maintaining records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
20. Installing software and hardware systems, including new equipment & uninstalling old programs.
21. Acting quickly in crisis situations so that normal operations can be resumed as soon as possible.
22. Formatting all systems used by students at the end of the academic session.
23. Installing anti-virus software, reporting new virus files, and removing malware.
24. Setting up equipment for conferences and workshops where computers and their peripherals are required.
25. Keeping authorities apprised and updated on shortages of any equipment, well in time, to arrange procurement.
